Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all facets of our business: retail, e-commerce, and B2B.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives for our retail stores, e-commerce platform, and B2B department.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team, including Graphic Designers, Marketing Executives, and Digital Marketing Experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, ensuring optimal performance and ROI for both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Brand & Advertising Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media (digital, traditional, in-store), ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective reach.
  • Public Relations (PR) & Communications: Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and brand reputation management.
  • Product Launch & Campaign Management: Strategize, plan, and execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns from concept to post-launch analysis across all channels.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and meticulously track the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Marketing Calendar & Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, coordinating all marketing activities and ensuring timely execution.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Handle the process of securing necessary Ministry permits for promotions, campaigns, and events, ensuring full compliance with local regulations in Qatar.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work intimately with the Retail Department, E-commerce Department, B2B Department, and Procurement Department to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales, operations, and product availability.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify trends, opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitor campaign performance, and provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion of that time in a managerial role within the retail and e-commerce sectors.

  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategies and execution.

  • Proven track record of success in all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with PR, advertising, product launching, and campaign management.

  • Strong experience in budget planning and management.

  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements for marketing and promotions, specifically experience in obtaining Ministry permits in Qatar, is highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse marketing team.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media insights, advertising platforms) and advanced reporting skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

  • Outstanding project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong results orientation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and highly collaborative environment.
